Responsibility statement

Whilst TDSL is a young company, it fully appreciates it's need to deal fairly and act responsibly to those with whom we come into contact in the course of carrying on our business and who are affected by our business
in total, to all our stakeholders.

Code of Employee and Business Conduct Policy - 4 cornerstones.

The keywords in our code of employee and business conduct policy are:-

How we put our policy into practice

Some of the major impacts of our corporate responsibility are:
• A commitment to establishing a safe, healthy, pleasant and efficient working environment for all through putting into place:
    - Measures to prevent personal injury, illness and environmental incidents.

As far as practicable we also apply this principle to an individuals physical or mental handicap, (the exception being where, even with reasonable and available aids and support, the handicap impairs the individual's ability to do the job, puts others at risk or seriously damages our business interests).
• Alert, positive and ready to do the best job we can.
We add to our code of conduct requirements an expectation that employees have themselves a readiness, keenness and ability to do work and a positive self-esteem establishing a positive and productive atmosphere and relationships throughout activities with all our stakeholders. We fully recognise that to run a growing, corporate business and provide excellent customer service standards, superb supplier relationships and efficient economic practices, we need a workforce that is alert and responsive to business, supplier, customer and responsibility needs at all times.
