Responsibility statement

Whilst TDSL is a young company, it fully appreciates it's the need to deal fairly and act responsibly to those with whom we come into contact in the course of carrying on our business and who are affected by our business;
in total, to all our stakeholders.

Code of Employee and Business Conduct Policy - 4 cornerstones

The keywords in our code of employee and business conduct policy are:-

  • Fairness.
  • Respect.
  • Integrity.
  • Honesty.
- The four cornerstones of the policy on which we build trust.

Values and Corporate Culture

The code is a fundamental part of TDSLs values and corporate culture and guiding principles to our employee guidelines. By putting these principles into practice, TDSL convey the four cornerstones to our customers and suppliers through every interaction and transaction and broaden the trust both suppliers and the end users have in our products and services through those customers - end to end reliability, ethical and corporate responsibility.

How we put our policy into practice

Some of the major impacts of our corporate responsibility are:

  • A commitment to establishing a safe, healthy, pleasant and efficient working environment for all through putting into place:
        - Measures to prevent personal injury, illness and environmental incidents.
        - Good risk management practices and systems.
        - A culture of identifying opportunities to comply with all statutory requirements and aim to achieve continuous improvement.
  • TDSL respects the rights and dignity of all its employees, including those with whom we do business.
  • Equality and Opportunity. We do not regard race, Religion, Colour, National origin, Age, Sex, Marital status or Sexual orientation to be a bar to working with us and contributing to the best of our collective abilities to complete each task. As far as practicable we also apply this principle to an individuals physical or mental handicap, (the exception being where, even with reasonable and available aids and support, the handicap impairs the individual's ability to do the job, puts others at risk or seriously damages our business interests).
  • Alert, positive and ready to do the best job we can. We add to our code of conduct requirements an expectation that employees have themselves a readiness, keenness and ability to do work and a positive self-esteem establishing a positive and productive atmosphere and relationships throughout activities with all our stakeholders. We fully recognise that to run a growing, corporate business and provide excellent customer service standards, superb supplier relationships and efficient economic practices, we need a workforce that is alert and responsive to business, supplier, customer and responsibility needs at all times.
  • Ethical and legal business conduct. TDSL's commitment to ethical business conduct, to complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Open, consistent and shared communication. We show beyond doubt that our code of conduct is both an openly and consistently declared communication, shared by all, and practiced to further develop our core values.

Core Values:

  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Teamwork.
  • Recognition, and, importantly.
  • Trust.
  • Through teamwork, we recognise that our corporate responsibility can be exercised through a clear mandate
       - to employees to seek help from their managers whenever concerns arise, and through our established processes, clarity from and to all our stakeholders.
       - TheTDSL Board of Directors and
       - The company's senior management are responsible for the proper oversight of the company's activities; maintaining, building and obtaining best use from the companies and groups allocated assets establishing high ethical standards of behaviour, together with developing robust corporate governance and risk management practices and procedures. TDSL seek to openly compete with proper regard to competitive and anti-trust laws designed to protect markets and maintain fair business dealings.
At all times, and in all countries where we sell our products, we aim to compete in the marketplace on the basis of the highest ethical conduct, quality, reputation and price.
