contractor Laing O'Rourke for the extension and refurbishment of Arnold Lodge medium secure unit in Leicester.

The unit provides an In-Patient Forensic Psychiatric Service to adults who are, or who are thought to be suffering from a mental disorder and because of their seriously disturbed or criminal offending behaviour cannot be managed by a General Psychiatric or Local Forensic Services with lower levels of security.
