tdsl Mansfield's production facility offer bespoke manufactured doorsets using state of the art machinery combined with traditional joinery techniques.

The TDSL manufactured product range includes: -

• Paint grade doorsets which can be fully finished in our workshops to given specifications.

• Veneered flush doorsets in a range of standard veneers which can be linked to the standard range of viscount products to keep costs to a minimum but keep design flexibility on sizes. (I.e. Booth Street, Countryside properties)

• Veneered flush doorsets to a given specification including planted moldings to give a paneled effect door (i.e. Queen Street)

• Veneered flush doorsets with a variety of inlays including veneers, steel inserts and solid timber inserts can all be accommodated. (I.e., Imperial Wharf)

• Traditional raised and fielded panelled doors in both FD30 and FD60 formats. (I.e. Kitched & Sons)

• Bespoke doors built to high specification with innovative construction to achieve job specific fire test evidence working in conjunction with fire testing centres. This can include up rated glass specifications to achieve upto FD60 whilst still retaining original design features such as brass leaded and stained glass vision panels. (I.e. London Coliseum)

All of the above products can be sent to site with pre-installed ironmongery thus saving time and money on site.
