Doorsets

TDSL offers a bespoke doorset design and manufacture service to customer-specific requirements. A variety of design configurations is available based on single and

double doorsets. Detail of maximum assessed leaf sizes is available on request.

TDSL Panelspec 30 and 60 Doorsets resolve all the problems of scheduling, ordering, storing, fabricating and on-site assembling of the many, separate components and materials required when producing traditionally built frames and doors.

Instead, just one item is produced - a doorset (its frame supplied with architraves and thresholds - where appropriate - and the door ready-hung in it, with latch and keep fitted). Preparation for overhead closers and floor springs is also offered together with a number of other ancillary operations.

Because TDSL Doorsets are ready to fit into a prepared opening they eliminate the need for specialised on-site joinery and take a fraction of the time normally taken to fit a traditional frame and door. Delivery to site is sequenced to coincide with the building programme and schedules.

Ironmongery
