The doors are faced and edged with high impact pvc, with rounded corners. These offer considerable benefits in reducing damage, coupled with the ability to withstand a rigorous cleanliness regime.
The door can be faced with either smooth pvc, to assist in cleaning, or textured pvc, which offers greater resistance to impact and abrasion. The standard facing thickness is 2mm, this can be reduced for less onerous service conditions. Where service conditions are anticipated to be particularly severe a full range of complimentary permanent protection solutions are available.
High resistance to moisture penetration is inbuilt, the doors offer the ideal solution to area's where frequent wetting out occurs, such as clean rooms or swimming pools.
Doors frames are normally produced to match or compliment the doors, but can also be supplied with Steel spec frames which can be manufactured from powder coated or stainless steel. |
